Purchase Orders are ONLY accepted from qualified customers.
Customers qualify when we approve their current and valid corporate or institutional Credit Application
• Regular “non open account” PO’s are still accepted with credit card/check advance payment.
• We keep prices down by not offering additional financial services or extended credit terms
PAYEE:
• Submit all PO’s in the name of NETWORK USA Inc (our Corporate name)
• Make all checks payable to NETWORK USA Inc
MINIMUM ORDER:
• Minimum Order on open account to any single location $100.00
• Minimum Order on prepay - depends on the product (averages $25+)
TERMS:
• New accounts - all initial orders must be paid in advance
• Net 10 days
• Credit limit $500
• Current/valid credit card REQUIRED as “back-up”. Visa, Mastercard, Discover
Only used as a last resort after customer adequately notified
PAYMENT PENALTIES
• Late payment penalty of 2.5% per month starting on day 31 of the invoice.
• If you do not make check payment to Network USA, or if you submit the incorrect amount
there will be an automatic $15 service fee added to the invoice

• Georgia Customers to provide sales tax rate for the Ship-To city/county in Georgia

SHIPPING - GROUND
• UPS - we do NOT ship UPS
- if you wish 3rd party billing, please provide us with your Fedex #
• FEDEX - is our daily pick-up shipper
• Fedex “Ground” delivery rate applies only to a “real business address”
• Home Delivery (This is the Ground version for residential addresses)
- additional Fedex fee - $2.90 “per package”.
- this will be the DEFAULT option we will use - unless you specify/confirm it is an actual business
- if we ship as “Ground” to a residential address, you will be billed the Fedex penalty of $3.20 per package.
• DAS (Remote Access) - additional Fedex fee - $2.75 “per package” (Business or Residential)
• DAS Extended (Way out there) - additional Fedex fee - $3.50 “per package” (Business or Residential)
* If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address which Fedex has to adjust, they will try to make the delivery and then charge us $12.00 per correction. That cost will automatically be passed on to you.
These extra shipping costs can add up - so we ask for your cooperation.
SHIPPING - EXPRESS
• not all items are always available for express shipment
• normally we quote you “Ground” ship fees when you request a quote
• to prepare an express quote we need the precise type of express you want
• express orders must be received by us prior to 1 pm EST
• if it is not possible to ship on time, we will advise you immediately
